This was a gentle, healing ride today. A day to remember my friend Sandy Puckett. A day to heal with each turn of the pedal. May God's blessings be upon you Sandy...you have touched the lives of so many people around the world. You lived your life fully, graciously, and with joy. I'm honored to have had you for a friend.
